One of my greatest passions in life is education. My love of it began when I played school with younger siblings and continued on into high school study groups. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the Waukesha, Wisconsin school Carroll University, I worked as a licensed teacher. My minor in English allowed me to diversify the subjects I dealt with in the classroom.Starting in 2011, my work centered around students in the fourth and eighth grade range, including time working with multi-aged learners in one classroom as well as instructing 7th grade students in language arts. I love to show students of all levels how much education enriches their lives when they use it to make connections to the world and within the respective subjects they are studying. Analytical thinking is a large component of all of the more creative subjects matters I like to teach such as reading and writing. I find that all three prove beneficial to students.Another great passion of mine is the Green Bay Packers! I love to play fantasy football, too, and keep up with both real world football and online football quite fervently. My dog Oreo watches all the games with me.
